  • In dire straits... I broke my music CDs!

    Hi Troops,
almost inevitable when you have a change of location that some family heirloom get's brocken, damaged or goes missing in transit. Having fled the 'Penh', emptied the carrier bag and sorted myself i find i'm a cd or two short of the full set. I've replaced one or two but cant lay my hands on 'Alchemy', Dire Straits (first) live album, a double cd. If there is anyone who can help i would, of course, fully recompence with cash and booze whenever convenient. A copy would be fine. And, since i'm back in Ladyboyville, maybe i should return to my original handle: a.k.a. Jungleland. You still getting your milk from that cow on your fridge Donnnnnnny?

Are you talking about the video concert?

You can just download it and burn it to a disc or go to Panthip and scout about.

There are currently about 90 seeders for this concert so it should download pretty quickly or for 100 baht just buy it!

Hey Jungleland dont worry about the CD mate, just got it for you off E-bay but you will have to wait 9 weeks to collect it from me in the Guess Bar on the 14th May

Dont worry about the dosh mate ( got it cheap as chips ) just make sure you get your ass in the Guess Bar that night and a bottle of San Miguel will suffice

For the first time in my life i have to admit i'm in love with a Man U fan. Cheers Dave. It's been a hell of a time in Cambo, beautifull country, wonderfull people, but hey that old travel bug wont let go. Staying in Chomtien but will make a point of being in Bangers on the 14th.

Surely some dodgy Issan music would be better than Dire Straits
