Geert Wilders: banned from UK!

Freedom of movement and opinion has been banned by the ruling dictatorship of the UK
Once again the British government show their arrogance and fear of normal and good members of society who (like Enoch Powell) can clearly see the writing on the wall for the West.
The Labour government in Britain is a corrupt and destructive force which shames the vocation of politics. They brutalize and persecute dissenters and they are no better than Zimbabwe.
When this once fine country is finally lost to the increasing wave of Eastern European hardened criminals, religious Arab fanatics and home grown extremist social engineers the history books will weep a tear over how so much can have been destroyed so quickly by so few...

A classic illustration of how democracies can be manipulated to trick the masses into voting for those who will do them the most harm.
Promise them bullshit while enacting the most idiotic policies all designed to destroy the very fibre of what once made the place great.
And those living there are completely unable to stop the nonsense. The fate of the UK is the greatest disgrace to befall any free country on earth.
Can the poll questions please be extrapolated so I can understand what I am voting for? Thank you.Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

PM, the poll question is do you agree with Geert Wilders being banned from UK entry because he wanted to show the movie about radical Islam.
For the record, I voted, No. I disagree with the UK gov`t on this issue.

Cheers RX but have a look at the polling & tell me if you think that everyone has understood the question.
Otherwise we have a lot of pro-government sympathisers around here...
Yes/No questions without guidelines can always be misinterpreted.Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

That's how they work those Gallup Polls. Make the questions open enough and you can interpret them any way you like
I voted No. I can see that there may be some secutirty concerns (inciting racial/religious hatred/intolerance) etc may not be too helpful. However, freedom of speech should trump that absent any extreme circumstances.
Incidentally, there's an old political maxim which is very true :
The people get the politicians they deserve.Putting the boy back into ladies

I voted no. This is a classic case of the UK Government shooting itself in the foot. A 3rd rate Dutch politician wants to visit London to promote his rabble rousing anti Muslim film. 99.99% of the population had never heard of him. Now that he has been banned (probably illegally under EU law) thousands are watching his film on U tube.
Another example of Government appeasement to the Muslims.
The good news is that we have to have an Election before May 2010. The bad news is that there are still 15 months left for this incompetant Government to make the UK the laughing stock of the World.

(allstar88 @ Feb. 15 2009,16:50) sorry pacman
Had it been clearer I am certain the vote would have been 100% NO.
I am sure you will be more specific in future...Despite the high cost of living, it continues to be popular.

They've been predicting his downfall since the aborted early election call (how long is that now ?) and that dour Scot just keeps on hanging on.
I don't see much in the way of a credible alternative atm, and suspect he'll hold on some more while we all ride this wave. Quite possibly until the next general electionPutting the boy back into ladies
