Check here: click on "Your Control Panel" just under the "Welcome Eyemahk" notice near the top left of you forum screen.

Then click on "Account Options": make sure that Do you wish to get a pop up notification when you get a new private message is set to "Yes".

Also under e-mail settings you can choose: "Send a confirmation e-mail when a new private message is recieved."

All the things than rxpharm suggested - these are the settings that I already had. And I have received PMs for other board member (the last one was 2 days ago), so I do not know what the problem is on my account.

I just sent myself a test PM, and I immediately received it along with a popup notification.

Stogie, if there is a setting I can look at to see if I have stupidly done something to disable PMs from others, please let me know where it is.

Stogie, did we ever solve the problem? I haven't got any PMs for 2 days, except the test one I sent to myself. Not sure if it is working yet or what.
