Looking at the Irish team half of them will be eligible for a pension in 2011.

Anything better than 2 wins for England this year will be a bonus.

England certainly looked shakey in the second half, but 5 tries and 36-11 victory is a start!

10 minutes into the Ireland v France game and Ireland are leading by 3 points!

Maybe because you have a nation of 50 odd million to pick from & We are a nation of about 5 million, We dont have any depth in the game

Well there we go then - week one over and Ireland the best team so far.  

My England conspiracy theory for this week:

I think Martin Johnson is more of a psychologist than he is given credit for and suspect that by dropping Cipriani this week has ensured that Danny boy will be so fired up that he can play him next week with Goode on the bench as a steadying influence. Remember Danny Cipriani has been seen partying with a post op so should be supported by us BMs

Quite takes my mind off the fact its cold and raining over here!
