BB is spot on as usual. Suicide pools are easy and they don't even have to start on Week 1.

You pick one game a week.  If your team wins you stay in.  If your team does not win you're out.  Once you pick a team, you cannot pick that same team in a future week.

Last man standing wins.  Simple.

Thats a good idea Mr Pigg maybe we could do it starting WEEK 2 or 3. Like I said I would be willing to do the work but it shouldnt be too much. I will e mail Stogie and ask him. It sounds easy but it isnt!!
