may i ask? are they photos with paint on top or are they painted from scratch bye you? if the latter they are great

Donnnnnny, I revisited this thread to have another look at the pics because I was thinking of asking the same question.

On close examination, Marla is either a superb painter of the photo-realist school or the only original piece of paint are the daubings added on top of the image.

Please enlighten us Marla, are these 100% your own work, or have you had a little help?

Either way, they are still great pieces of art, the effect you have achieved is very good indeed. It would be nice to clear up the uncertainty though.

Correct.

Im not sure of the exact method used but they are not paintings in the traditional sense . Modern art has many guises these days..

I had the pleasure of seeing some close ups in Pattaya a few weeks ago and some of this work would not be out of place in some high profile Coffee Table Erotica tome that one sees on the arty bookshelves
