Nick was an Old Testament devotee and now a New Testament devotee.

Interesting stuff , but a little mechanical in the way they try to pigeon hole him .

He believes in God , no doubt about that but to call him a Christian in the conventional sense would be wrong .

Check out his work with Grinderman (basically the bad seeds stripped down to a 4 piece )

If his recent work is the work of the good lord then his stuff with Grinderman is the work of beelzebub himself , on a par with his Birthday Party / early solo stuff .

As I've said he's a clever guy , and a lot of his lyrics are smarter than people give him credit for .
