IMO the best beer easily available in the USA comes from the Canadians .... Labatts Blueu and Molson Ice
just curious; do any of you guys prefer your beer over ice? I learned that trick in Vietnam 10 years ago; they drink "bia hoi" [literally, 'cheap beer'] on practically every corner in Saigon. It's good stuff, cheap and pored over a large block of ice in a mug.....goes down really easy and you can drink a lot 'cause it's not heavy.
I still order ice with my beer today, some people look at me like I'm a lunatic but to me it tastes better and always stays cold ... also some weird theory that with ice melting into the beer you don't get as easily dehydrated, therefore avoiding a hangover. Try it sometime!Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I've only drank beer over ice in Thailand, it's not as bad as it sounds Grinder.
I'm sure JD and I aren't the only 2 guys on the forum that 'went native' and sat outside someone's home late into the night drinking from a plastic mug with some ice.
I've made kathylc
