For you people out there, have you ever heard of this guy?

some self-proclaimed "Artist" in London, he is also a loudmouth, a blowhard and an egomaniac, but his book is fascinating! He writes with flair and his stories are seriously funny stuff, I am in the middle of "Dandy in the Underworld" right now and can't put it down.

Any thoughts or opinions on this guy? I had never heard of him till I saw the book at Barnes and Noble ..... I picked it up because of the reviews [good and bad] and so far not dissapointed; he's a twat but what a life!

and this guys is a real page-turner.... grew up in a very weird family, punk rocker in the 70's, major drug use in the 70s and 80s, has screwed over 1000 hookers, made a million pounds in the UK stock market and promptly squandered it on hookers and drugs, was best pals with the Scottish mass murderer Jimmy Boyle, etc, etc.....

 I personally LIKE the guy!   but I can easily see why most book reviewers in the UK just say "throw that piece of shit in the bin" and also why he was banned at US Customs in March trying to enter into New York; turned away for being an undesireable!

       Ya gotta love that.....I go downtown in my city every day and see hundreds of undesireables, and this pretty blowhard gets denied access!

 Also had himself crucified in 2000 just to see what it was like ......strange dude

The US State Dept should have grabbed this Sebastian dude & put him in charge of the Iraq conflict .....

... at least he has the qualifications to do a better job than they did.
