  • 3 months starts right now!

OK lads and lasses, for those of you who live in northern climes, the best 3 months of the entire year start right now!!  June-August, and with today and tomorrow giving us a nice 75-degree start and a bonus week thrown in at the end of May

So.....waddya all do for fun now after that long and hellish winter season is over?

      Mesmer?  RX?  Bam?  Anyone else?

'Cycle riding, the awesome, clear-blue lakes we have around here, travel,  Montreal {yes!!}, walking, parks, long bicycle rides with someone special, Cape Cod, B-B-Q's, sunset drives with the moonroof open  ...... all on the agenda for this grumpy ol' sod, and I do believe I will get a jump on those activities right now!

        Summer,
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

so, getting let off in downtown Dublin on June 25th in the middle of a wind and rainstorm and 58 degree {F} temps was a fluke last year? What, it's usually like 85 and sunny as in Miami Beach?? he heh, after spending a week in Ireland and Ulster between June 25 and July 3 my travel partner and myself decided that the term "Irish summer" is indeed an oxymoron.

yesterday was gorgeous here, makes a person feel so alive ... even if just running errands and taking the 'cycle out for a spin.....we unlucky folks in the northern climates absolutely LIVE for those days!! went for a drive at 8pm also, just lovely....

                          summer is way cool

Well for me it's going to be Dubai, Scotland, Romania, Russia, Montenegro, Thailand, Spain and Norway - although not necessarily in that order!

No doubt with such changes in climes I am bound to fall victim of yet another dose... of the cold, that is!

I have a few trips planned .... Europe for a while, a week up north on a beautiful lake in July, Montreal multiple times per usual in summer, Peru in August..... but as I say, now that the weather is perfect [82 and sunny today!] it's fine just hanging around and doing stuff here which winter just does not allow!
