Guest Versus Member

Everyday as i log on the first thing i check is who's on-line, and then view how many guests we have, like at this moment we have about 20 guests who read our posts, and just stay quiet.

i started this thread, in hoping that maybe we can change a few guests into Board Members(BM) of this forum, it is free to join, and you have great fun in the chat-room, and on each thread.

orgasmaddict, not quite - seanbeag7 has it right - guests are people who have not registered with the forum. They can read, but cannot post until they join. Lurkers are members who have never posted.

He is quickly rising in the forum ranks!

I always thought Guests where people who had not signed up to the forum yet , and given the title of "Naked Ladyboys" in the board information section ?

From my experience as being the Admin at the LadyboyCrush forums , lots of times its spam bots who will show up as 10 , 15, 20 guests with slightly different IP's they are trying to collect info (emails) or trying to post spam if they can get past the security in place .

my feeling about guests, is simple really, either they are afraid to join in case they are found out in reality, they are shite-heads who read the posts and then tell everybody about what is going on, and least we forget the bastard boy-friends, who just watch and see what we say about their girls.

Hopefully they will see a ladyboy they like and join one of the sites to see more of her.

We could force the 'guests' to join by restricting 'read and post' access to people who register, but hey - why bother.

Some people don't want to join and others will...

They aren't 'spambots' because they always amass in the 'Picture Post' forum or 'Trip Reports.' Spammer ONLY post in the main forum.
