I said it "Exactly" the same way to my "teerak" because I needed to pre-book Domestic Flights in    for us both and got it back by SMS no problem    

Pidgeon English is sometimes the best formula

Or in plain English - instead of writing it in Thai she has used English words that give the same sounds as the Thai words would.

Hopefully - Thai is bloody hard to reproduce in other scripts.
