Violent criminals go free as usual!

Three men have been banned from every football match in England and Wales for three years after trouble flared between Coventry City and Preston fans.

Steward Martin Harris, 51, suffered a heart attack an hour after dealing with the violence outside the Ricoh Arena last September.

The men, all from Coventry and aged between 18 and 20, admitted using threatening behaviour.

They were prosecuted after police studied CCTV footage of the trouble.

Sean Teeling, 18, of Colvelly Road, Wyken, Michael Freeman, 20, of Harefield Road, Stoke, and Daniel Rampton, 20, of Tomellis Court, Exhall, were ordered to pay a total of £430 in costs.

The trio were also given community service orders by magistrates in Coventry on Wednesday.

Teeling was also given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for a year after admitting an unconnected racist assault in January.

So, basically they'll be down the pub tonight getting pissed watching the games on telly!

Why doesn't the insane senile cunt of a judge send the clerk of the court down the boozer to bring the drinks to their table?

contrast this to the new Thai prime minister's comments about starting the new war on drugs that Thaksin originally conducted. He says more than 5000 drug dealers "eliminated" would be a good thing. Of course the last time around not all the 2500 drug dealers killed were guilty.

Last week Jack Straw (Minister of Justice) admitted that our prisons were full. He was complaining that judges and magistrates were passing too many guilty verdicts with jail sentences.

Currently out of a prison population of 83,000, nearly 12,000 are foreign nationals. The Human Rights Act prevents the Government from deporting them.

Maybe he should take the Thai Prime Ministers advise and order the judges to sentance a few thousand of these foreign prisoners to be shot. Then we can start jailing some of the drunken English yobs.
