Nah, for me the only good reality show it is the Ultimate Fighter. Basically they get about 15 guys who fight at the bottom of the fight world. Split them into two camps both trained by previous octagon legends and they fight each other till there is only one left and he gets a six figure contract to the UFC which for these guys is like a stripper getting a job at the Spearmint Rhino in Los Vegas

They also have to all live together and it's great to see the tension build as the numbers drop off. Plus it gives new meaning to the term "knocked out" of a competition. It's a good show if you get time to watch it. For me the best one was Series 3 when it was Ken Shamrock's team took on Tito Ortiz's team. Two tuff guys who are not used to losing losing.
