quickly changing the subject incase i get my windows put out   i work with a scouser (yes some scousers work)and he says the term scouse is scandinavian given to the scouse soup/stew dish in liverpool is this correct?

Not correct actually.

Brian Connolly (Sweet) was adopted and the brother of his adopted father was the father of Mark McManus (Taggart).

So, in fact, they were (both deid) 'foster cousins' if such a term exists.
