I'm off to North Africa for five days to crew a sailing boat. It has started to piss with rain along the African Coast - someone is trying to tell me something.

Can somebody from northern hemisphere actually admit the series this year has been shit? Atmosphere always great and I'd pay to go if I was there but the rugby has been total rubbish. Skill levels woeful.

I paid $15 per month to those robbing fuckers Setanta to watch this rubbish and would like my money back.

And yes, before you fire back, I know the Wallabies can't scrum.

the point of the 6 nations is all about trying to beat your closest neighbours every year. QUality is almost irrelevant

The 6 Nations is all about tribal warfare between the Anglo Saxons and the Celts with a couple of guest appearances by the Frogs and the Eyties

Newies comment on Setanta rings fairly true - I have gone back to Sky Sports as I found them a bunch of tosspots.

Gotta go with the favourites but I'm backing all the underdogs with start with the bookies. Ireland have been crap and Scotland will go close. Italy will test the Welsh pack and resolve and England always lift for France. Waratahs over Chiefs. Crusaders to win S14 and Brumbies to pick up wooden spoon.
