I think we all have different definitions.

I consider the lovely Kwang a ladyboy not a fem boy.    

The unamed Thai guy above (looks like Mickey's work, not sure) would be refered to as a ladyboy by the mamasan in Kaos.    

Perhaps it's easier to say what as a femboy is not.
A fem boy cannot have breast implants. (ladyboy)
