Australian bar owner arrested for selling impotency drug

Tourist police have arrested a Walking Street beer bar owner for selling the impotency drug Kamagra.

Cameron James Radford from Australia detained by Pattaya Tourist police for engaging in selling drugs without the relevant licenses.

Undercover officers using marked bank notes bought the pills at the Shamrock Beer Bar at 1 a.m. last Friday morning. Cameron James Radford, 52 from Australia was arrested in possession of the marked bank notes and eight tablets of Kamagra, a cheaper copy of Viagra.

Radford admitted to buying the drug at a nearby pharmacy for 300 baht per pack of four and selling it to his customers for 700 baht per pill. He was charged with selling medicinal formulations without the appropriate license and was remanded into custody pending a court appearance.

I don't understand those idiots buying a pill for 700 baht when you can get the whole 4 pills for less than that!
But then , why they do not arrest also the pharmacists selling this Kamagra, if it is illegal ? Duh..just because he is a farang need to get busted??

Yes they sure have€¦ was reading another story on Pattaya Mail about a women & man arrested for pimping under age school girls on Beach Road at night€¦ It said that undercover tourist volunteers were sent in by the police to make the deal€¦ then the police moved in and made the arrests.

Now why would any tourist volunteer for this undercover work? Maybe they were caught by the police with some weed and this is how to get out of the charges? Or they are just some guy who wants to make his Thai vacation a little more exciting then it already is.

I seem to recall reading about this a couple of years ago where farang would volunteer to help in these types of undercover deals, and the ones who volunteered were do-gooder, bible thumpers who wanted to help clean up all the sin and perversion thus doing their part to turn Thailand from being the sex capitol of the world to being a minature far east version of the middle America bible belt. Some people just do not like to have any fun and they want the rest of us to be as miserable as they are.
