Any suggestions for mauy thai lessons (especially Pattaya) for a complete begginer. Looking for one on one lessons. My primary concern is not getting the shit kicked out of me so don't want to fight other students.

Go to Cascades and scream..."My ass is prettier than you bitches!!!!!"
you'll be doing the kung fu hustle "muay" pronto!
(trust me, I heard it works)
there are several places in pattaya where you can train. tonys gym in sai 3, and in sai 2 not far from big c(same side) there are also a gym. i have seen 2 or 3 others along sai 2 and 3 too.
muay thai is pretty much a full-contact sport, give and take, and the ones that give more than he takes usually win. if youre in it only for the excercise you might wanna choose softer sports like karate, tae kwon-do or even kick-boxing, or just plain bed exercise
Tried it about 10 years ago and can say that anyone who is not trained in full contact sports and who is over 30 will definitely get kicked badly! Of course it's a school and training, but after a while when you train in the ring it's contact, same like boxing! And Thais learn it the rough way, so they hit and they are so damned quick...... *ouuuuch*. But maybe there is a Muay Thai center for elderly farang somewehere.....
