I'm sitting here watching one of my Favorite T.V. Shows;

I'm wondering, how much American Broadcast Network T.V. is shown over seas.
Europe.
Asia.
Austrailia. etc..etc..
So does anyone know? I can't see vacationing some where and then Sitting around watching T.V., But I did FLip on the Boob for a little while in BKK. So, does alot of this stuff get over seas; CSI, House, 24, Non-cable stuff?

Australia    is full to the brim with American TV , with a sprinkle of UK stuff and a side order of Australian err crap .

The Australian crap is mostly American and UK stuff hashed over with aussies actors and hosts .

anyone know how available american football is in thailand? my guess the huge games are probably available like the super bowl. how about the rest?

UBC satalite here has 4 sports channels and they carry a lot of American Football, but not all games.

Its kind of random what they pick.

I found this Thai satellite TV site http://www.jsat.tv

Some of the receivers they are selling are known as Free To Air, or will pick up anything that's free and unencrypted, however hackers have been hard at work and there's alot of hackware out there these days you can flash these FTA's with to open up and decode many encrypted subscription and pay services. I know for a fact that the Dream Satellite TV service from the Philippines is an easy one to hack into for all their channels for FREE! So if you really want all the NFL games and have the $$$ to blow then the "skys" your limit in Thailand.

The UK has all the major US Shows, American Idol, all the CSI's and Law and Order, 24, House etc. Basically on cable/satellite you will get everything. same for mainland europe, but you will need cable.

Ok, first.... Mirimark you dork. You can't go putting "T.V." in a headline around this forum. You're going to confuse people. Like me for instance.

Second... I just LOVE the way foreign countries look. There's just something about the shabby architecture contrasted with the billion dollars glass bubbles. I don't know what it is, but everywhere else looks distinctly different from American architecture. I just love that look. I miss being overseas.
