    Take a look:

    http://www.suggestion-records.de/shop....g=en-us

Is this news? I guess at least Stoogie knew about it since these guys needed the copyright for that "artwork"... "Weird disturbing sounds, chaotic harsh noises and powerful structured electronics. Raw and dirty old school harsh noise dealing with the beauty of Asian TS. . Comes in a  luxurious printed sexy artwork"   ?

        for your interest

Copyright is difficult and expensive to enforce, especially if its country to country.

Im taking proceedings against one Company right now and a 1000USD payment upfront is required just to talk to a lawyer. The defendant has ceased to sell the infringing product but wont pay me damages ,so now its a poker game, and who has the biggest balls and wallet. they are claiming secondary infringement and they deny that they knew the materiel was in copyright. A fucking likely story.

Once the writ is actually issued its big big bucks all the way to the courthouse.

The only ones gaining in the process are the lawyers

You can't copyright titles in the US and many other countries.
There's way too many books, TV shows, movies, etc. that would all have the same name. Title is not considered a sufficient creative work. It's the whole body of work, or significant portions of it, that are copyrighted and prevented from duplication.

I can't tell if those pictures are actually from the site since they are so small.

Many people honestly don't know that pictures found on the internet are copyrighted works and cannot be duplicated. I actually worked in a field somewhat tangent to copyright, and saw it all the time.

With the proliferation of the internet and any Tom or Jane being able to hawk their product, many new "merchants" are being introduced to the world. some of them are barely literate, and even semi-educated people in civilized countries barely know their own geography much less concepts of intellectual property.

I'm not suggesting that this is a good omen, but I predict two things. The concept of copyrightable material on anything that can easily be copied will become more diluted until it becomes unthought-of. And... there will be a swing-back of people cherishing hard goods, craftsmanship, and tactile ownable physical arts that are not easily copied.

            Mark my words.
