Thanks guys for contributing here! Just want to summarize what we've learned from the likes&dislikes and check what's possible and what not.
Looks like everybody is pretty pissed with the music, they're currently playing. Something more mellow, loungy in the background would be preffered. Still a place where you can catch up with friends, have some drinks, talks while having the one ore the other girl on your lap. I like RM's idea of having the possibility of grouping tables for the occasional bowling club or just the ATS regulars table.... LOL and also the multi level/feet thing to break one room into smaller cozy ones. I was also thinking of small niches (the good old separee concept was always very appealing to me). A small stage in the center for performances - maybe with a short catwalk - glass/mirror floor or high up for the peepers....
I totally agree with PD and RM, it should definitely have the full range of types. A few amazons, the Noons and Vickys, the one or the other femboy and for POL the inevitable postie.... The variety keeps it interesting and it's always fun to try something new - without changing the club! It should also be visible for the customer that this girl is more into s/m fetish - so she's wearing for instance black latex - and for the young and innocent types of course school uniforms!!!
Now with the rooms we're running into problems! As we all know is prostitution illegal in Thailand! That's why you don't find the typical brothels there. Even at Eden you have to leave the bar through the backdoor and go to those shady extra rooms in the small alley behind the club. Someone might say, what are those ridiculous oversized massage parlours at Ratchada then? Well, first of all - latest since the last BKK elections - we know that most of them belong (or did belong, before he smashed the bathtubs with a sledge hammer...hahaha) to good old Khun Chuvit, secondly they are officially still just "massage parlours" (even Utopia with that gyn chair...LOL) - whatever you do with those girls on your room, you book the room for a little Jacuzzi soaking and a relaxing massage afterwards - period! Means, that's all a highly mafia operated biz and you don't want to get even near to that.
So forget the rooms upstairs. But of course don't forget the idea of having a st-hotel upstairs with 10-15 rooms. Separate business, separate entrance, etc. That's how Nana works and actually all the others as well. Important is that you run both - which's the only way to guarantee the standard! I'm always amazed that the guys are still going to those unbelieveble sleazy, dirty st-hotels off walking street. And I bet not one of them is just a hard core field reporter, a man with a mission who risks his ass for a good story, like our friend Rossi!
Of course no hassle from the girls! That's the most ennoying part and needs of course a very strict management! Keep them on the stage, behind the bar and only if the customer asks for one particular she is allowed to come over.
I kind of like the idea of having also LB staff - older LB's working behind the bar, serving drinks, etc.
Dressing for the staff classy&sexy, for the girls just sexy outfit, depending on the type. Bikinis, latex, leather, super high heels, boots, etc.... that's the easy part..... They should have their dress according to their type and for the performances they dress up in whatever is needed for the particular show.
Actually nobody came up with the "ideal" location. Would that be BKK and if, where? Or Pattaya? I'd personally exclude the islands. Just to far away.
Ok, guys, maybe one last round. Let me hear your feedback on this and probably some suggestions on the location.

-Spectrum interference to stop the LB mobile from working

-Sleeping pills so she doesn't wake up at 4AM to call her friends

-A shower that does not permit her to exit until her balls clean

-The bar should have lie detectors that flash a red light when she lies

-As she sits down your table should light up with an LED to show dick size (or not!)

-If she looks at other customers while sitting with you, she should get a short, quick, electric shock

How would in an ideal world your perfect LB bar in Thailand look like?
What features (dancefloor, stage, cabaret, etc.)?
What kind of music?
What kind of interior?
How should the girls dress?
A certain type of girls or the whole spectrum?
The same aggressive approach as we have it now?
Should there be rooms upstairs - like in a massage parlour - or just a short time round the corner?
Whatever may come to your minds, pls let us know!
I personally absolutely dislike those crappy Nana bars, KC3 or Jennys in Pattaya and mentioned in an earlier thread that I'm 100% convinced that there is a demand for something different in LOS.

Guess Bar at the old venue on Soi 1 opened in November 2006 , so about 9 months difference , the New Guess Bar at Soi 4 opened in December 2007 .

After building up some cash in the bank , Guess has made a few changes recently to give itself an atmosphere more like the old Guess , more Sofa's , a runway which is big hit with the girls who love showing off and dancing very provocatively ( great to see Mimi's ass again and again and again , it really does feel like the old guess again ) and now just the one pool table for Jenny to humiliate budding challengers on , while wearing a belt for a skirt , g-string and heels or boots

Not 100 % sure but i cant remember Mai-Kee ever coming into Guess to see his blueprint for a great lb bar in the flesh .

There was the odd wager - which she lost - but by heck it was a tough game of pool!

I am usually just an average joe when it comes to the pool table but she did make it fun to play so maybe she inspired me...or was it the large JDs as Shirley Bassey belted out "Get The Party Started" in the background"?
