I made a mistake writing that - it should say achieve an errection and come 4-8 times a day.

As Post-Op said they show few signs of development before they are 15-18 - that is true on casual observation. But most males become sexually active from about 11-14 years old.
Yes some develop earlier - 9 years old is not that rare and 7 years not impossible!  Some also develop very late even 18-20!

One thing that always gets me is that it's only in the last 100 years that the age of consent has been made as late as it is in many countries.  18 in much of the US and 16 across most of Europe.
(Funny I can't remember what it is in Aus at the moment).  In most countries around 1900 it was 12 for boys and 14 for girls. This fits pretty well with their sexual development.

So who got it changed?  -  why the moral minority  -  don't you love 'em.
