Pratunam shopping area in Bangkok, not the New Pratunam Plaza but the old Pratunam area. Its at the base of the Baiyoke hotel.
This is the wholesale/export garment area of Bangkok (but they will sell retail), there are a bunch of shops selling fetishy stuff..but you will have to wonder around a bit or bring a LB with you. Watch out, its HOT there."Snick, You Sperm Too Much" - AnonComment

Another nice business idea is producing fetish stuff in LOS. You wont find anything there! Well you do, very little and crappy quality - as you said in Pratunam and sometimes small vendors round Patpong. Nobody does it so far and as we all know production costs are very low. Nice for the local market - interesting for export! Most of the famous fetish brands are small producers somewhere in the west - mainly Italy!
Leather, latex, fibre, rubber textiles, shoes, whips, chains, handcuffs, etc.....
We all know how good quality should look like, copy it, add your personal taste and here we go! You can do it with a small sweat shop and about 10 people and should provide you with a reasonable income.

Actually the stuff at Pratunam is mostly for export, the cheesy latex outfits you find in a USA porn store might be made here in Thailand. But high quality stuff and especially leather comes from elsewhere."Snick, You Sperm Too Much" - AnonComment

In Pattaya if you walk down from second road as if you are going to Lolitas when you reach the next biggish road near the corner there is a shop just selling sexy undies and outfits. Nurse, Maid etc i did not go in to see if they had leather.Comment
