i fucking dreamed about this thread last night!
tried to edit last post, but i 'don't have permission'? whatever.
Shakespeare and Jesus already named, so, here's my new list topper:

Mary Magdalene - either the greatest prostitute in history and a role model for all our atf's here OR just another married lady who happens to hold the true key to the da vinci code

and i wouldn't mind chatting with Siddhartha. before he put on all that Buddha weight. or after.

also curious to ask Mary Lincoln if she got syphilis from her gay husband Abe before he got shot by a jealous lover. just a big rumor i know. but thought it suited the forum.

The only "dead" guy I could meet is still alive:

      Keith Richards

How often he had to be dying, but never happen.

And my son got his name.

Yes, I do like the idea of Cleopatra, Helen of Troy, and Guinevere. Very good ideas!

              I'd add Marilyn Monroe...

Who else. April Ashley in her younger years.

Well, before a certain time I can't imagine any ladies being hot, even though people haven't really changed much in many thousands of years. Strange, eh?
Retired the top 12.  Need a new dirty dozen.

Update: The new list is coming together: Nong Poy, Anita, Nok, Gif, Liisa Winkler, Kay, Nina Poon.  Is it possible to find 5 more?  Until then, GGs:  Jessica Alba, Yuko Ogura, Zhang Ziyi, Maggie Q, and Gong Li.

                    :
                    (relpax @ Apr. 03 2006,07:58) William Shakespeare
                    Homer (if he existed?)
                    Socrates/Plato/Aristophanes
                    George Washington
                    Thomas Jefferson
                    Julius Ceasar
                    Genghis Khan
                    Martin Luther King
Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen ten points if you know who this bloke is....without doing google search
Hitler, FDR, Churchill in a round table.  Now that would rule.
                    Suriyothai

Now as for literary or fictional characters:
                    Hektor/Achilles
Antigone (especially given America's political situation)
                    Edmond Dantes
Achilles wasn't fictional, because I was him in a previous life. So he would be high on my list of whom I'd like to meet.

Also I would like to meet Harry Harboard Morant.
One shorttime in Pattaya paid for by me next time we're there at the same time, to the first person who posts and can accurately say who Morant was without doing any internet searches.

Frank Merrill is another person I'd like to have met. I could make the same offer regarding him as I did with Morant, but to me Merrill is too easy.

The greatest Sioux chief Red Cloud would also be on my list.

Also, Rudyard Kipling, the greatest poet ever, IMO, would make my list.

That's close enough. I'm glad to make good on such an offer to my main man Pigdogg

I've seen that movie about 30 times, but they do not follow the Kip Denton bio of Morant exactly. Still is a good movie, which is not surprising since the Aussies put out a lot of good movies, like The Sum of Us and Priscilla Queen of the Desert.    Kind of funny, but Russell Crowe and Guy Pearce play gay men in those movies respectively, which were the first times I saw each of them in a movie, and then they did such a good job together in LA Confidential, which to me is also an excellent movie. Then also the fine Aussie actor Jack Thompson played Crowe's father in The Sum of US and was also outstanding earlier in Breaker Morant. I could easily put all those movies on my top ten list of all time.
