  • Scolari for England Manager

It seems that Luiz Felipe (Phil) Scolari is about to sign as the new england soccer manager following the World Cup in July.

His resume is very impressive, including a World Cup with Brazil in 2002.

However the usual suspectr are whining that an Englishman should have the national Job.

In my opinion it should go to the best candidate, and at this Time Scolare is by far the best choice

we'd all prefer it to be an englishman, but i think the FA have made the right descision.
i'm 100% behind their descison, and as scolari seems to be a job hopper- it means we can review the current english managers in a few years time. hopefully by then stuart pearce will have had some success- he seems perfect; passion mixed with absolute honesty and everyone loves him. hopefully steve mclaren will stay involved and by then he may have transformed from a great coach into a top quality manager too.

And Sam Allardyce gets the proverbial shaft up the arse again. Shame on these English jerk offs for going with a Foreigner.

Apparently it was David Dein who suggested him.

If your a fan of conspiracy's how about this. Dein knows if they get Scolari Portugal need a coach. They offer it to Jose knowing that if he knocks it back he probably won't be offered it again. Dein kills too birds with one stone.

Incidently heard that now Hinndick will be coaching Russia and PSV it will be alot of flying. Apparently he will be using the private plane of a certain Oil Barren for the trips.

Personally lost all interest in International Football when I heard the sponsers of the English FA demanded that Beckham remain captain so they can use him for promotional work
