I'm in the market (seriously) for the Acer TravelMate 3282NWXMi

It retails here for 47,900 Baht.

That computer has the minimum specs I need to upgrade my old one.

They sell for £450 in the UK - a true Bargain. wish i was in LOS to get one!!

Well - I wish Vangough well trying to find customers to buy his laptops. I will only ever buy Acers and I think they are great!

This particular model, however, may struggle to keep up with Microsoft Vista (The new Windows) when it comes out and whilst it's good for general undemanding computing tasks like email (and all the stuff I do!) it'll be sluggish for gamers and video editors.

Don't get me wrong - I'm not putting the product down at all. Acers are fantastic and this is a real steal at these prices.

But if you are buying a laptop to last more than a couple of years then you'll maybe want to aim higher.

fair comment. They are are ok for normal everday use and I guess thats why they are a every day price.
I bouht 50 of these units at a auction. Ofthe 4 i had left i now have one. Thanks guys, only one left.
