The greatest album of all time is THE STOOGES RAW POWER. The brilliant third album originally ruined by David Bowie. The bad production tragically concealed a monster for over 25 years:it's been remixed by Iggy himself, this is rock at its peak, its apex.

          Hi guys,
There's some great music included so far

Here's a bit more info on Bryan Ferry & Roxy Music.

          Roxy Music - Manifesto - 1979
          Roxy Music - Flesh & Blood - 1980
          Roxy Music - Avalon - 1982
          Bryan Ferry - Boys & Girls - 1985
          Bryan Ferry - Bete Noire - 1987
          Bryan Ferry - Taxi - 1993
          Bryan Ferry - Mamouna - 1994

Apart from a cassette single "The Right Stuff" from 1987 - this is my entire Bryan Ferry/Roxy Music collection.

            Hi all,

Just a little bit of trivia for you music-lovers from the UK side of the pond.

You may have seen a TV ad for Vauxhall where some boys are trying to line up a wall for a free kick. An Italian, well known, bald headed referee shows up to sort them out. Well, the music for the ad is "The Main Thing" from Roxy Music's "Avalon".

Not a lot of people know that.

In the car cool clubtunes, electro house, drum&base, bit R&B, soul and some funky stuff from the 70ies. At home more Jazz (Davis, Coltrane, Baker, etc. mainly stuff from the late 50ies, 60ies and early 70ies) and Brazil&Cuban. Never heavy metal, rock, pop, reggae!

Love the Stones, The White Stripes, Greenday, Gladys Knight, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, Billy Joel, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, Anita Baker, and so many more.

R&B, Punk, and a little Reggae. Love the Blues, hate Rap. I don't necessarily have to dance to it, just groove to it. I hae foul language, use your brain and don;'t insult me with your street jargon.
