Breathalyzer checkpoints have been set up at places such as the front of Pattaya Orphanage on Sukhumvit Road.




Breathalyzer checks to be carried out .... If the test shows a driver is a little over the limit of 50 milligrams, the driver will be allowed to park and drink water until the level drops below the limit.
