Well what later became the Taliban for the most part stayed out of the War in Afghanistan and where content with staying in their madrassas in Pakistan preaching the joys of life without sex drink or music. It wasn't till after the Soviets left that they made their grab for power with a large help of the Pakistani ISI.

The main antagonist of the soviets was Massoud in the Panshier valley who was incidently killed by the Taliban 2 days before 9/11 by two suicide bomber's who were disguised as journalists.

Not meaning to start a flame war or anything but if you take the piss out of Stalone you might as well be accurate. Still yet get a job at the BBC or ITV. There you can take the piss out of Americans all day long and you can be as inaccurate as you like.

Sorry groundhog was just in a pissed of mood yesturday and felt like a rant.
