Didn't he try and buy Liverpool FC acouple of seasons ago? Just find it interesting as on Sky Sports today they had Rafa saying that he is aware of a new bid to take over the club.

Oh how I would love for him to take over. No for any love of LFC, would just love to give back the "buying the title, ruining football, what you going to do when the Russian gets board" crap a certain West London team has had to put up with of late.
