I am getting far too slim (honest! ) for my current wardrobe, so need to buy some more shirts and trousers.

Anyone got some experience of a reliable, reasonably-priced tailor around Sukhumvit?

And yes I know there are thousands of them.....that is the problem. How the hell do you make a choice. So, opinions sought?

Also, what is a normal price?

Can't go wrong with Rajas next to Nana Plaze entrance. Certainly not the cheapest but I have shirts I am still wearing several years after they made them

Stewart- About a year ago I purchased several suits, shirts, cashmere overcoats and extra pants from a shop called "New Andy's Shop (2001)" They are located on the ground floor of the Ambassador Hotel (just 1 block off Sukumvit not too far from Landmark hotel and Tony Roma's Ribs)). Their products are very good, I purchased about 20 suits from them. They also have 2 partner shops walking distance away for more selections of materials/cloth. Not a pushy staff like most are. Excellent work, highly recommended and will meet your deadline. Their workmanship has held up for well over a year and I wear a suit and tie all week long. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat for more suits. Good luck!
