when i try to open a file on arctic i only see my c drive stuff. How do i open my peer's files?

you go to a bit torrent site for porn as mentioned above, or for general stuff somewhere like:

http://www.torrentreactor.net/

then you download a small torrent file onto your C: drive, then you open that small file in artic, (from your c: drive) and serveral miniutes, hours or even days later you have the actual file you wanted in your 'downloads' folder....
