you go to a torrent site and look for a torrent for the subject you want, eg music file, movie file, TV show file or Ladyboy porn movie clip file
then you download the torrent. this will be a small file ending .torrent
Next you need a bit torrent client. i use 'arctic' you can download here:
and then when you have installed this software you go file -> open in the artic program and select the .torrent file you want to download from.
the arctic program then downloads the file from all the users in the world that are sharing that file, into the 'my downloads' folder in your 'my documents' while the program is running you will also be sharing the files in your 'my downloads'
it is a great way to download video and music. I would not really recomend downloading software this way though due to risk of virus.
