This person had two chances to follow the general rules before he was completely banned, and he failed to change his behavior.

All of his abusive posts have been deleted, and he has threatened members via the private message function. It went far beyond posting silly, rude, or aggressive comments on the main forum.

Free speech does not necessarily give a person the right to threaten, abuse and degrade others around him. Also the Forum is a place for open discussion within the rules outlined - so once again this is not a place where Free Speech reigns, but sharing of experiences of our favorite subject , lbs while following the Forum guidelines is what it should be all about.
