S turned 18 on Dec 31, 2005. She had some fake IDs she used before that. Aoy warned me about her even back in late 2003, when S was already working at Hi Boss, telling me that S told her she was at that time, Nov 2003, only 15.  
I wasn't sure if Aoy was telling me the truth, just thinking maybe she wanted me to spend more time with her and not at Hi Boss. I have since seen a copy of S's correct ID. A friend sent me a jpeg of it. He reads Thai so translated the month, saying that it said December in Thai.  The numbers were same as ours, day 31, year 2530 which is 1987.
I guess the message is be careful at Hi Boss in regards to the ages of some of the ladyboys. If there was one who was way under 18 when she started, chances are there are others.  
Who knows, any of us who have been with dozens or more of different ladyboys may have unknowingly been with some who were < 18.  

BTW, I know two for sure who recently worked at C&D while being less than 18. Are there others there as well? Maybe so.

Totally agree with you Dave. And, ladyboys have memories like elephants, they can remember even the slightest of details months and years later about we falang. So when one does some extra nice things for her, it totally sticks in their mind that you are one of the good guys.

That has almost happened to me in Pattaya two times, but each time, as with S/Ses/Carrot, when they look too young I ask for their ID cards.  If the math doesn't add up to 19 or more, I never touch them.

Even that won't always be fool proof. They use the ID cards of brothers and friends. I asked one to show me her ID last year, and she pulled out one with a pic that looked like her, but the age only added up to a month less than 17. I pointed this out to her, and she said she gave me the wrong ID, put that one back in her purse and produced a 2nd one from her purse that didnt look much like her, that added up to 21.

As common as it seems to be, I kind of wonder if the authorities in Thailand focus as much on underage ladyboys as they do with underage GGs and boys.
I've never heard or read of any falang getting in trouble for being with an underage ladyboy. It's always been either a boy or a GG.
