I'm not a doctor - though we do have a least a couple around here with medical training.
As long as it happens infrequently I would not worry.
Much as some people get nose bleeds - which is just a burst blood vessel in the nose - so some people occassionaly get blood in their seminal fluid.
You just overdid it a bit with the wanking.
If it keeps re-occuring - then yes go and see your doctor. Otherwise don't worry.

Like the man says... pretty scary but almost always not serious.
If it's a 'one off' (the wrist!) then it could be one of a multitude of minor causes most of which find a way of clearing themselves up.Comment
