help needed with lb bar music

ok. i know it is strange and incredibly sad that there were some songs i heard in the lb bars that i liked. if anyone knows the group and the song title of these numbers.... it would be helpful:

    1. a house music song with an old sample by some artist that i dont know....something about san francisco ?

    2. i am not sure about the next song at all. it was kinda hard to understand what the hell the guy was saying... but it sounded like mosquito and there was this throbbing base heavy beat in the background..... sorry for the lack of good descriptions.

When I saw the title I thought it was a thread about hearing protection.

The first one I think I know  -  but I don't know what the name of the house music track is though.
If I'm right the sample is from Scott McKenzie's - San Francisco (Be Sure To Wear Some Flowers In Your Hair) 1967

The second one - I have no idea what you are talking about old bean

Now back to hearing protection  -  for which I would recommend a good set of ear defenders  -  never liked earplugs  -  they are not as efficient and tend to cause ear infections.
Cotton wool is next to useless and is nearly as bad as ear plugs for causing infections.

Go into your local HMV store and tell them these tunes are very popular in ladyboy bars and you will find them very helpful

That is the one. "If You're Going To San Francisco."
It is played in most regular and ladyboy bars in Pattaya and Bangkok.
So that is what is called "house music"? You take a perfectly good song and fuck it up by making sound like a sreeching cat with a heavy bass beat?

                  My sentiments entirely.

Herself has still not worked out why I fall about laughing at some of the  'new'  releases on the radio.
