..she must be "post op" then and has her birth certificate changed so she is a "legal" female now in the US. Same sex marriages are rarely recognized in the US.....same sex "unions" are......but not marriages........if she once was a transsexual but now has had the SRS.....I don't even consider her a trans any more...............I know many differ with my point of view......
