    I Need To Rip A MP3 From A CD

I need to rip a MP3 from a CD. A friend said just google rip MP3.

Any idea what's the easiest free MP3 ripper that I can use?

Even in todays day and age there is still not a straightforward program that does this. Computers are designed by people who are expert computer users and scant regard is given to normal computer users.

AUDIO GRABBER ~ Try THIS FREE Program...

Even this program is overkill, but nonetheless it is quite straightforward and easy to learn...

        Thanks Stogie and Snick!

Even a Luddite like me managed to figure out Audio Grabber.

Is there Ladyboy Grabber software out there?

Why not just use Windows Media Player which you almost certainly already have installed if you are on Windows?

Because it's so fucking difficult! What a useless piece of shit program this really is!

Go ahead, PD... try to rip a CD using WMP and let us know how easy it is!

                  How hard is that?

You work with computers, it's your job to know how software programs work and most of the ones you don't know probably become second nature to you quite quickly...

                    Let's see how PD fares...

                    One click, eh?

Yes but while this is true I found WMP very easy to rip mp3 just inserted the CD and auto run detected it as an audio CD then WMP as the default application started up to play it. Stopped it then clicked on the RIP tab. OK maybe not exactly 1 click but not rocket science either.

It was my 9 year old son showed me how to do it.

                        +1

WMP is designed to keep you from listening to music ...

... it's like "We're from Microsoft, and we're here to help you"

                        right

I agree with Ozzie... Its definitely a simple process. I don't see where the trouble is. I know with old versions they didn't include the MP3 format, but all the latest versions have it. You can also select how high you want the audio quality to be. Now burning CDs with WMP seems to be a difficult process, but thats another story...

Well, maybe you are right... Personally I'd rather use different program for each job rather than a mega program that does everything.

I love 'utilities' rather than 'suites'.
