anyone know the name of the bar in pattaya where it,s like walking in to a fridge an the workers in there wear coat .. some sort of vodka bar i think ....

Its called H2O bar... there is one room -20°C degree.. to drink his vodka in an ice fridge... up to u.. if u like...

Sure is cold in there and impossible to last much loger than 3 minutes unless one is wearing appropriate attire.
The main lounge bar is not nearly as cold and infact very comfortable.

There's one in Bangkok too. Titanium, Soi 18 I think. It's actually a nice bar with a lady band who are very good. On the 2nd floor they have an iced in area with shooters. The novelty lasts about 15 seconds, but kind of fun to bring a LB there and say, "It's like this at my home now."

There is another one at Thonglor as well called the Ice Bar.

Snick has threatened to take us there on numerous occasions but bot yet been!
