Most of those advertised products really don't work, but there have been some helpful recommendations from other forum members that could do the job at a much lower cost.

L-Arginine is a vasodialator and it works like viagra and will assist in erections, it also helps to activate growth hormone in high enough dosage. L-Arginine is very good to take if you have high blood pressure.

Zinc helps to block testostorone from converting to estrogen as we age.

The affects of Glycine I am not aware of.

I take L-Ariginine and Zinc no increase in load but no problem with erection.

I have to laugh at your comment, I had a vasectomy about 6 months ago and the doctor said a month after the surgery to wait 4 days and then "pop" in this cup he offered me to get tested.....I never go 4 days and still haven't been tested to see if the surgery worked because I can't last 4 days...haha

I can verify one thing, L-Arginine will definately make your unit bigger.

A lot of body-builders take it because it increases your NO blood concentration- which acts as a vasodilator. In essence, it sends messages to all your blood vessels to open up and pump a lot of blood.

The idea is that it helps get nutrients to the muscles and take toxins away faster, and it gives you that "pumped" look.

Well, I will definately verify that when I was taking it, my erections were the fullest, heaviest, hardest, most pumped they have ever been. It doesn't miraculously make it grow an inch longer or anything, but it definately makes a visible difference, and one you can feel too.

almost very article said not to take more than 40mg of Zinc a day.
A serving of oysters contains about 15mg of Zinc. Some lean cuts of
beef 7 or 8mg. It declines from there.

Another thing that helps increase your load and recovery time for future loads is to NOT drink caffeine. Caffeine dialates the urethra which puts pressure on the prostate and makes you feel like you want to piss instead of shoot loads. If the urethra is relaxed, then the prostate can relax and big loads are created from a healthy prostate.

A good multivitamin with concentrated Saw Palmetto and Lycopene helps also. Lycopene is also found naturally in tomatoes, so tomatoes are actually an aphrodisiac not talked about much.

A few years ago I heard about a drug that is still in the testing phase at the moment. The hype surrounding it is that it is the first true aphrodisiac that works for both men and women. Apparently it doesn't just make your dick hard, it is also supposed to make you horny as well. It is delivered via a nasal inhaler. It is called PT 141. I was wondering if any of you guys might know anything about this, (Rxpharm?) and especially if anyone here has had any first hand experience with this stuff.
