i think everybody would agree, excluding the musically challenged how bad the tunes are in the gogo bars. The deafening thud of shitty dance music and the incessant wine of nellie retardo wears ya down after a few days into you're holiday.

there are probably those of you who are thinking 'listen dickhead yer there to watch the birds not listen to the tunes'- but imagine how good the bars would be if the music was played a little lower and actually good.

lets see a list of top 5's you would like to hear while the podium rotates.

1. persona jesus- depeche mode

4.stepping out- joe jackson

By the way - you can here all this kind of music at Lita's Bar which is easily the best ladyboy bar for music. In fact 'Stepping Out' by Jackson was on their playlist last time I was there. Me and TTChang spent about an extra 2,000 Baht that night because we couldn't tear ourselves away from the music.

Karl gets that it's important to cater to the musical tastes of the farang customer!

Good music can turn a one beer visit into an all night party!

Perhaps a good bar policy would be for every beer bought you get to hear one or two tune's of your choice?

Karl does a great job at Lita's keeping everyone happy with music and music videos and dance music for the LB's. He seems to read the crowd there well and accomodates them well. I know I have stayed longer after I have BF my LB for the evening drinking there instead of elsewhere.

I agree... If you want to go to a late night LB bar (he stays up all night) and listen to great music and drink cheaply and fool around with lbs then Karl's pad "Lita's Bar" is the best place in town...
