at the beggining of the year i was down and stressed with work i got counselling and beta blockers to help now things are ok but at the end of the day its a slow process and only you can get your head sorted
book a holiday then you have something to look forward to and get out and about to occupy your mind and visit friends

Yep, I get depressed, but then I have also been described medically as manic, was on medication for a while.
Now I know how to handle it and I find the best 'drug' is life, good eating, friends, and regular travel.
Returned from Thailand on friday after spending 17 days in the Land of Smiles and beautiful people.
Last thursday I was playing golf in 30+ degree heat, today I am freezing my bollocks off in the North West of drizzly England.
Am I depressed? Am I shite, just booked my next trip back to Asia for January.
So my theory of 'Depression' is, "when you can't manage your own life and make the best of your current circumstance and surroundings".
