I have no regret. I had an opportunity one year as I was staying in Pattaya during the event, but I didn't know exactly where to book tickets or I don't know what. I was also busy with a ladyboy in my room.
A first good reason for me is to be with a ladyboy in my room rather than spending my time in society niceties.
Another point is that I wrote a TR criticizing bars and ladyboys trained in bars for business. I received so many insults and threats in return that I'm happy no one in this small world knows me. The LBWVB event is not only the place where many forum members meet. This is also the place where the mafia of forums makes contact and try to know BMs for their business.

The best year for volleyball was probably the second year when I went in 2015.
Originally we were Purple People eater fans of King's Bar as that was our favourite hangout.
After 2015 Dave moved back to England, got divorced and now the bar is run by his wifes family.
They have kicked out all the ladyboys and moved the pool table downstairs.

Well if you were on this forum before I always had extra tickets for the volleyball.
I was always a big sponsor but couldn't advertise due to the nature of my business.
We are not part of the forum mafia and had our own tables and such last year.
While we did party with all those guys, never got to know them very well, many have big heads.

If porn and stuff was legal in Thailand I would have had a hotel room for hospitality there.
As it is, I was pretty anonymous.

I try to be accepting of all people as I have run my other busy forum for many years.
Those other forums are becoming what this forum used to be. A lot of big heads too big for their britches.

P&G - the event is about charity - 'you cannot please all the people all of the time' but it was a great event that helped many deserving charities.
The focus has always been on helping Children or HIV sufferers so has a noble objective.

Northerguy222 - maybe, just maybe, it can be rerun in 2020.

All it requires is:

5 LadyBoy venues to enter a team
120 people to sponsor the event knowing 100% of their sponsor money goes to charity while getting a complimentary ticket value 1500 Baht
100 ticket sales at 1500 baht each

It is a bit like a Frat party for LB devotees which is great fun.

The Volley Ball and Cheerleaders are great eye candy during the day.
In the evening there is an International Gala dinner with prize giving, Auction and Raffle

The event contributes 85% to charity keeping expenses down to 15%.

Umpires, DJ, Organizers, Referees, Auditor, Ticket stewards are all volunteers who actually also contribute.

Even the hosting Hotel discount drinks for our unique day and evening.

The Orphans come and entertain in the evening as it is their 'show' of appreciation.

50 Raffle prizes are from a variety of restaurants, water parks, cabaret shows and hotels.

It takes time and energy to organize and each year has surpassed prior years

The Charities are all vetted and must demonstrate how funds are used.
The event is independently audited twice.
In Thailand and by a CPA in Australia.

Let me know if I missed anything.

Over the prior 7 years nearly 6 million Baht raised with 5 million to Charity.

It's good to hear there is hope for a return next year. Maybe it can't be an every year thing.
If I can bring a few tgirls from abroad I could maybe put together a team.

The other thing i appreciate at this event is the great opportunity for photos and videos like this.
Almost all the ladyboys present will gladly stop and model for almost anyone that asks or waves a camera in their direction.

I am sure you are not a part of this group I call a mafia. We had already exchanged PM about these people.

In 2015, I didn't know this forum. However, I candidly believed I would just need to go to the Areca lodge and say "there I am, can I purchase a ticket please ?", but I haven't been at the Areca lodge and I haven't been at the LBWVB.

Afterwards, in February 2016, I had troubles with guys who didn't accept my TR. (It's been explained in my TR in this forum). They banned me from their stupid forum as if I was a criminal. In another forum, someone opened a thread about the LBWVB. He didn't like that I posted I hadn't been at the Areca lodge in 2015. I don't know if this is you. He trolled my threads till the mod banned as in other forum. I don't remember the guy's avatar, but I kept a pic of his face, so that I can shoot first if we meet one day.

I ain't complaining I had not been pleased. On the contrary, I am pleased I had not met these guys before they made troubles for a few posts. Since they seem fairly skillful at catching money, they also advertise for your event. This is why I told you about my suspicions. Let me be clear with you. I will never attend the LBWVB since I don't want to meet one of these assholes and you are (probably) not responsible for them.
Anyway, I would be curious to know a few of the charity organizations you helped. I might contact one of them and send them money directly next time I go to Thailand. I won't be in Thailand this year. At the same time, I will be attending a ladyboy show in Vietnam. It's not about charities. Maybe, I should start looking for charity organizations in this country too.
