Yes definately Goodfellas. I was there last week and I did not see her.
Try walking further down the street (I am talking soi 6 Pattaya of course) towards the Beach Road. On the left hand side after High Boss is an open bar with 10 LBs.

By the look of the windows behind her, I was going to say the room looks like many in Hong Kong. Either Chung King Mansion or Mirador Mansion.
