No.the the Golden Dome is at Soi 18 Ratchadprisek. Dont bother with the underground, just taxi it there and plan to arrive at around 8.30 when the girls are on display after the second performance. Then book a VIP seat, preferably 1AAA and that will give you a position up front by the stage.

Can I ask how hard is it to book a VIP seat, like 1AAA. Can you show up right before the show and get one, or do you have to go a day before to get VIP seating...

If you want to guarantee a seat like 1AAA, book a day ahead. You can usually get a VIP seat before the show if you arrive around 30 min before it begins - however the prime VIP seats might not be available.

As long as you are in the front row you can make good eye contact with the beauties.

Thanks for the quick reply, if you go a day ahead do you book it when they have the shows...Also, how easy is it to get picked to participate, is it if you are only in the 1AAA seats.

yes, you can only book when the theatre is open. I haven't picked up any from Golden Dome, but by sitting in the VIP seats you can get the best view of the showgirls. Graham reported having a couple of them letting him know they were available.

The other way is to go outside during the "photosessions". After each show some of the showgirls to outside and pose for photos with the audience members - for tips. This is another time you can check if they are available for dating or not. As I said earlier, not all the showgirls are in the P4P business, so don't be pushy or rude about it.

Kay has no problem with the photoshoot. When I was with her the phone rang a couple of times and she said that it was her agent. She told me that she travelled to Frankfurt regularly for "modelling assignments" but I suspect that means she works in one of their brothels.
For anyone keen to find her then check www.ladies.de and go for the Frankfurt section which is in Hesse. I am sure I saw her on there 18 months ago although cannot be 100% sure it was her. I also remember seeing her at Calipso several times 3 years ago although I did not go with her on those occasions.
Quite apart from being a stunner she has a really nice nature. I shall root around for the rest of the pictures when I have a moment but the night I took them my focus was elsewhere!
So far as the 1AAA seat is concerned I just turned up and purchased the seat without pre-booking. The show is not the best in town to the extent that on one occasion two of the dancers gestured to say that a bj would be available after the show and when I went outside afterwards to meet the performers they kept tagging on behind me until I told them to piss off.
It can only happen in Thailand!
The only other bit of advise I can offer is that you should turn up in good time so you can see the performers outside posing before you go into the show. Have a bundle of 100 baht notes in your back pocket and make sure you get noticed - not by overtipping when you take your pictures but by asking for their names and introducing yourself.

grahamcooke, thanks for the update! Golden Dome caters a lot to the Asian tourists, with the drop off of Japanese, there are more Chinese tourists coming to the cabaret shows. Unfortunately for the showgirls, they are very tight when it comes to photo tipping, so it is no surprise that for the less popular cabaret shows like Golden Dome and Ratchada, the performers are looking for some extra earnings after the show.

I did not realize she also performed at Calypso - it is fairly common for the showgirls to move around the major cabarets unless they are the established "superstars".
