It actually has to do with the ratio and levels of various hormones in the female who was pregnant and just gives birth - a more thorough explanation can be found here: Lactation Wikipedia(post-op lover @ Sep. 01 2007,13:31) How come GGs can't do it until they're pregnant?
Ladyboys who use big doses of hormones, particularly of the injections Progynon (estrogens) and Proluton (progesterones), will have fluctuating levels of hormones and may generate milk. Usually not to the same extent as women who just gave birth.
Also human milk does not have much lactose - so K.K. I am sure you can drink more on your next visit without ill effects!
