Japanese guys will go crazy for this one.   I think her face is so perfect that she doesnt look femboy, rather she looks like a flat chested beautiful Japanese girl.

They do, she is by far the most likely girl in the bar to leave with a Japanese guy. I have seen it over and over - sometimes a guy will be with another girl, see Vee, ask her over and then forget all about the first girl.

She also dresses very well and looks 'sweet' in street clothes.
