Beware i have known Marina for 5 +Years i had a problem with my ATM card which meant i had no maney for a couple of days Marina knows me and was happy to give me credit i signed the bill when leaving the bar at 1960 bhat next day when i came to pay the bill it was 2500 bhat

short term gain long term loss as i went else where after and spent loads of money in another ladyboy friendly bar

its worth a look

its the only full on ladyboy bar in chang mai that i know of there are some odd girls here and there in bars

if you do decide to get up to chang mai the person you need to track down is a thai guy call sakorn

at present sakorn owns the Juciy bar in Loy Krok road

hes one of the smartest bar owners in chang mai and knows whats what and where all the action is he is also an ex ladyboy and his bar is ladyboy friendly

quite a few local farangs drink in his bar and prettty much leave you alone if you are with a ladyboy the chances are if you pick up a freelance ladyboy and want to take her to a bar you will end up here

Marina was his barmaid at a previous bar he owned and learnt the bar trade from him

but oviously learnt some bad habits from somewhere else

Guys

So where exactly is Marina Bar in CM - am due there for a week of golf (well playing with sticks and balls for sure ) in next couple of weeks and ANy help on ANY LB bar would be good

The Marina bar is located on a U shaped bar complex about halfway between the night market and the moat. As you enter it would be to the far left side. The street is perpendicular to the moat and is a touristy bar lined street on the moat end. Forgot the name of the particular street. Marina bar struggles at times for customers and is a bit mercenary. The tall ladyboy with a pink bottom is a favorite of several long time customers. There may be a sweet one or two there but many are hard edged.
